Self-reflection
A check-in in under a minute. Seven sliders instead of a single number — your state becomes visible without being sorted into good or bad.
App · Private beta · Vienna
SystemN is a state-aware app for self-reflection, regulation and pattern recognition. It makes visible what state your nervous system is in right now — and helps you respond deliberately, instead of noticing only once it was too much.

What SystemN is
Most apps count what you do — steps, hours, tasks done. SystemN asks something else: what state are you in while you do it?
In a short check-in you move seven sliders — from sensory overload through energy to clarity. Together they form your nervous-system vector: a picture of your state that judges nothing and diagnoses nothing.
Over time SystemN shows what repeats — which patterns carry you and which drain you. Not as a verdict, but as a basis for deliberate decisions.
You can only regulate a state once you can see it.
How SystemN works
A check-in in under a minute. Seven sliders instead of a single number — your state becomes visible without being sorted into good or bad.
SystemN suggests small steps that fit your state — no programmes, no challenges. What helps depends on where you currently are.
Many snapshots become a pattern. SystemN shows what repeats — so you make decisions before exhaustion makes them for you.
The loop
This loop is the signature of Emotional Trust. In SystemN you don't run through it once but again and again — each pass makes the next one sharper. Trust doesn't come from a single result; it comes from repetition.
Pace, density of stimulation and constant availability are rising in nearly every life. What doesn't keep up is the ability to notice your own state early enough — before it shapes decisions, relationships and sleep.
SystemN closes that gap not with more data but with orientation. People before systems, awareness before optimisation — and no promise an app cannot keep.
SystemN does not replace therapy and makes no diagnosis.
It helps you understand yourself sooner.
Private beta
SystemN is in private beta. Access runs through pilot codes — so we can support the app closely and develop it honestly before it opens to everyone.
